Inclusive Leave for New Parents

We are proud to offer a market-leading parental leave policy that supports all paths to parenthood. All eligible employees receive 16 weeks of fully paid leave following the birth, adoption, or foster placement of a child. This leave can be taken in a single block or split into two periods within the first year of the child's arrival. We do not differentiate between primary and secondary caregivers, ensuring that all parents have the time they need to bond with their new family member. To qualify, you must have been employed with the company for at least six continuous months. We recommend submitting your 'Intent to Leave' to HR at least 90 days before your expected start date to allow for proper transition planning within your team.

Transitioning Back to Work

Returning to work after parental leave can be a significant adjustment. We offer a 'Gradual Return' program where you can work part-time (3 days a week) for your first month back while receiving your full full-time salary. This helps you ease back into your professional responsibilities while managing your new home dynamics. Our offices are also equipped with private, high-quality lactation rooms for nursing parents. If you need flexible working hours or a temporary remote arrangement upon your return, please discuss this with your manager during your 'Return-to-Work' meeting.
