Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is a priority for our team. All full-time employees accrue 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually, increasing with tenure. To request vacation, log into the HR Information System (HRIS) and navigate to the 'Time Off' tab. We request that you submit your requests at least two weeks in advance for absences longer than three days. This allows your manager to ensure adequate coverage for your projects. Once submitted, your manager will receive a notification to approve or decline the request based on team workload and existing blackout dates. Approved vacation will automatically sync with your Outlook calendar to keep your team informed of your absence.

PTO Carry-Over Policy

At the end of each calendar year, employees are permitted to carry over a maximum of 5 days of unused PTO into the following year. Any days exceeding this limit will be forfeited on January 1st unless local labor laws dictate otherwise. We encourage everyone to use their time off throughout the year to prevent burnout and ensure you are refreshed and productive. If you are planning a long sabbatical or have exceptional circumstances, please discuss your needs with your HR Business Partner before the end of the third quarter to explore possible exceptions or special arrangements.
