Building Safety and Evacuation

Your physical safety in the office is our top priority. Please familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and fire extinguisher locations on your floor. We conduct mandatory fire drills twice a year; your participation and cooperation during these drills are required. In the event of a real emergency, follow the instructions of your designated 'Floor Marshal.' Never use the elevators during a fire alarm; always use the stairs. We also provide basic first-aid kits and Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) in all common areas. If you witness a safety hazard, such as a blocked exit or a spill, report it to the facilities team immediately. A safe workplace is a productive workplace. We believe in being prepared for any scenario. Your awareness can save lives. Better planning leads to zero injuries.

Active Threat and First-Aid Readiness

We provide optional 'Active Threat' training for all employees annually to ensure you know how to 'Run, Hide, Fight' in a high-risk situation. We also offer free CPR and First-Aid certification courses every quarter. Being prepared for medical emergencies or physical threats is a vital part of our corporate resilience strategy. If you see a suspicious person in the building who does not have an employee badge, notify security immediately. We maintain a 24/7 security presence at all global offices. Your individual vigilance contributes to our collective safety. We also recommend keeping a 'Go Bag' at your desk with basic personal essentials. Safety is a shared responsibility, and we value your commitment to keeping our community secure. Protecting our people is our first mission. We are here to support your physical well-being. Peace of mind allows for professional excellence. Together we are building a more secure office environment.
