Sales Commission and Spot Awards
For employees in sales or revenue-generating roles, we offer a competitive commission structure that rewards high-growth achievement. Commissions are paid monthly and are based on finalized contracts and revenue recognition. We also utilize a 'Spot Award' program to recognize exceptional contributions that happen outside of the normal bonus cycle. If you go above and beyond on a critical project, your manager can nominate you for a spot award, which ranges from $250 to $1,000. These awards are processed in the next available pay cycle.
