Inclusive Support for All Abilities

We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive workplace for all employees. If you have a physical or mental disability that impacts your ability to perform your job, you have the right to request a 'Reasonable Accommodation.' This could include specialized ergonomic equipment, screen-reading software, flexible working hours, or a dedicated parking space. To initiate a request, contact the HR Benefits team for a confidential assessment. We work with you and your healthcare provider to identify the specific tools and adjustments you need to succeed. Our goal is to remove barriers and ensure that every employee can contribute at their highest level. Diversity of ability is a core strength of our team. We believe in high-fidelity support for every individual. Better access leads to better innovation. We are an equal opportunity employer.

The Interactive Accommodation Process

Once an accommodation request is submitted, we enter into an 'Interactive Process' with you and your manager. This is a collaborative dialogue to find a solution that meets your needs while allowing you to fulfill the essential functions of your role. We treat all medical information with the strictest confidentiality and only share what is absolutely necessary with your manager to implement the accommodation. We also provide 'Disability Awareness' training for all leaders to ensure they are supporting their teams compassionately and legally. If your needs change over time, we can re-evaluate the accommodation at any time. We are proud of our inclusive culture and are committed to your long-term success. Protecting your rights and your well-being is a shared mission. We value your contributions and are here to support your unique journey. Technical precision in support is our standard. Reliability starts with a supportive foundation. Together we are building a better workplace for all.
