Medical Plan Basics
Our organization offers a comprehensive medical insurance package designed to provide peace of mind for you and your family. We currently offer three distinct tiers: a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA), a standard PPO, and a premium HMO option. Coverage begins on your first day of employment, provided you complete your enrollment within the first 30 days. These plans cover preventative care at 100%, including annual physicals and screenings. It is your responsibility to review the plan summaries available on the HR portal to determine which option best fits your personal health needs and financial situation.
Finding an In-Network Provider
To keep your out-of-pocket costs low, always verify that your healthcare provider is within our insurance carrier's network. You can use the carrier's mobile app or website to search for doctors, specialists, and hospitals near you. Using an out-of-network provider may result in significantly higher co-insurance rates or the total denial of a claim. If you have an existing relationship with a doctor, we recommend calling their office directly to confirm they still accept our specific plan group number. Our Benefits team updates the network directories quarterly to reflect any changes in provider status.
