Accessing the HR Help Desk
For routine questions about your pay, benefits, or employment status, the HR Help Desk is your primary point of contact. You can reach us by submitting a ticket through the HR Service Portal, which is accessible from the company intranet. When submitting a ticket, please be as specific as possible and include any relevant documents, such as copies of medical bills for insurance inquiries. Our team aims to provide an initial response within 24 business hours. For complex matters, such as reporting workplace misconduct or discussing a major career change, you may also request a one-on-one meeting with your assigned HR Business Partner. We are here to support your professional well-being and ensure you have a positive experience at the company.
Urgent HR Matters and Walk-ins
While we encourage the use of the ticketing system for most inquiries, we understand that some situations require immediate attention. If you are facing an urgent personal crisis or a safety concern in the workplace, you can call the HR emergency line or visit the HR office in person during standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). For remote employees, we host 'Virtual HR Office Hours' every Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams. These sessions are intended for quick, verbal questions that don't necessarily require a formal case. Whatever the issue, our goal is to provide a supportive and confidential environment to help you resolve your concerns and get back to your productive work.
