A Safe Space for Conflict Resolution

We strive for a harmonious workplace, but we recognize that serious issues may sometimes arise. If you have experienced harassment, discrimination, or a severe ethical violation, you have the right to submit a formal grievance. This process begins with a written statement to your HRBP or through our anonymous reporting portal. We treat all grievances with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. A formal investigation will be conducted within 10 business days of your report. We maintain a strict 'No-Retaliation' policy; you will not be penalized for speaking up in good faith. Our goal is to resolve conflicts fairly and ensure our workplace remains safe for everyone. Your voice is essential for our integrity. Respect is our standard. Integrity drives our culture. We are here to listen.

The Investigation and Resolution Process

During a grievance investigation, the HR team will interview all involved parties and review any relevant evidence (like emails or Slack messages). Both the complainant and the respondent will have the opportunity to provide their perspective. Once the investigation is complete, a final decision will be made by a panel of neutral HR and Legal executives. We will communicate the findings to you in writing. If disciplinary action is required, it will be handled according to our standard policies. We believe that a fair and transparent grievance process is vital for maintaining employee trust and morale. After a resolution, we also provide 'Mediation Services' to help teams re-establish a professional working relationship. We are committed to continuous improvement in our workplace culture. Thank you for your partnership in keeping our environment respectful and ethical. Excellence is achieving through fair treatment of all. We value your honesty.
