The Innovation Lab contains high-value equipment and proprietary technical prototypes. Access is strictly controlled via 'Badge Swipes' and is only granted to employees with an active R&D project. You must never 'tailgate' into the lab or hold the door for someone without a badge. Security cameras are active 24/7 to ensure the physical integrity of our assets. If you lose your badge while in the lab, notify security immediately. We perform weekly physical audits of all lab hardware. Protecting our physical environment is a shared responsibility. Clean Desk and Lab Hygiene

The 'Clean Desk' policy applies doubly in the innovation lab. When you are finished with your test, you must return all components to their designated storage bins and power down any non-essential servers. Never leave 'Prototype Hardware' visible on a bench overnight; store it in a locking cabinet. We perform a 'Deep Clean' of the lab every Sunday night. If you find unknown hardware or exposed wires, notify the lab manager immediately rather than touching it yourself. We believe in high-fidelity safety in everything we do.
