Funding Your Breakthrough Ideas

Innovation is at the heart of our success. Our 'Innovation Grant' program provides up to $10,000 for individual or team projects that explore new hardware applications or technical workflows. To apply, you must submit a 'Project Pitch' detailing the problem you are solving and the hardware required. If approved, IT will purchase the gear for you to use in the lab. We encourage experimentation and don't expect every project to succeed; some of our best products started as 'failed' lab tests. We provide the gear for you to push the boundaries of technology. Technical leadership is achieved through experimentation. We are a data-first organization. Better tools lead to better discoveries. We value your creative approach. Every project started is a potential win for the company. We support your path to technical excellence. Clarity is our standard. Efficiency through collaboration. We provide the platform; you provide the brilliance. Innovation is our standard.

Showcasing Your R&D Results

At the end of your grant period, you will be invited to present your findings at our monthly 'IT Demo Day.' This is a great way to show the rest of the company the innovative work your team is doing. Successful projects may be integrated into our core product roadmap or rolled out as new departmental tools. We also provide 'Patent Support' for employees who invent new technical solutions during their grant work. We believe in protecting and rewarding your intellectual contributions. Your creativity is our most valuable asset. Take charge of your technical legacy today! Excellence is achieve through daily experimentation. We are building the future together. Reliability starts with a stable test environment. Success is built on high-quality R&D. We are proud to support your discoveries. Better planning leads to better lab results. Success is a team effort. Together we win. Clarity in R&D is our goal. We are a technology-first company.
