Employee Referral Bonus Program

You are our best source for finding new talent. If you know someone who would be a great fit for our team, you can refer them through the 'Referral Portal.' If your referral is hired and remains with the company for at least 90 days, you will receive a referral bonus of $1,500 ($3,000 for specialized engineering roles).
