Physical fitness is key to mental clarity and long-term health. To encourage an active lifestyle, the company offers a monthly gym reimbursement of up to $50. This can be applied to traditional gym memberships, yoga studios, or even digital fitness subscriptions like Peloton or Apple Fitness+. To claim your reimbursement, you must submit proof of payment through the Expense Portal by the 5th of each month. We also require proof of attendance or usage (at least 8 times per month) to qualify for the full amount. This ensures the program is being used to foster genuine health improvements across our workforce. Building a habit of regular exercise is one of the best investments you can make in yourself.
Corporate Fitness Challenges
Throughout the year, the Wellness Committee hosts various fitness challenges, such as the 'Step Into Spring' walking contest or the 'Hydration Challenge.' These events are designed to be fun, social, and inclusive of all fitness levels. Participating in these challenges not only improves your health but also gives you a chance to interact with colleagues from other departments. Winners often receive prizes such as ergonomic gear, healthy meal vouchers, or additional wellness days. Keep an eye on the #wellness-news Slack channel for announcements and sign-up links.
