Enrollment and Matching Contributions
Investing in your future is easy with our 401(k) plan. You are eligible to enroll immediately upon hire through our retirement partner's website. The company provides a generous match: we contribute 100% on the first 3% of your salary you contribute, and 50% on the next 2%. To receive the full company match, we recommend contributing at least 5% of your gross pay. These contributions are made on a pre-tax basis, reducing your current taxable income while you save for the long term. You can choose from a variety of investment funds based on your risk tolerance and retirement goals. Our plan also offers a Roth option for those who prefer to make after-tax contributions. Your 401(k) balance is fully vested after two years of continuous service.
Managing Your Investments
You can change your contribution percentage or reallocate your investment funds at any time through the retirement portal. We host semi-annual 'Financial Wellness' webinars where expert advisors discuss market trends and retirement planning strategies. These sessions are free for all employees and provide a great opportunity to ask questions about your specific portfolio. If you have a retirement account from a previous employer, our plan administrator can help you roll those funds into our corporate plan to simplify your financial management. We encourage you to review your account quarterly and adjust your strategy as your personal financial situation evolves.
