Your First 30 Days

Welcome to the organization! Your first month is designed to integrate you into our culture and provide the tools you need for success. Week one focuses on administrative setup, including IT equipment, account activation, and basic policy orientation. Week two involves departmental meet-and-greets where you will learn about the specific projects and workflows of your team. By week four, you should have a clear set of initial objectives and have completed all mandatory compliance training. We pair every new hire with an 'Onboarding Buddy'—a peer from a different department who can answer casual questions about office life and help you find your way around our digital and physical spaces.

Mandatory Training Requirements

To maintain our high standards of safety and compliance, all new hires must complete a series of required training modules. These include courses on Data Privacy (GDPR/CCPA), Workplace Harassment Prevention, and Security Awareness. You will receive links to these courses via email on your third day. All modules must be completed with a passing score on the quizzes within 14 days of your start date. Failure to complete these in the allotted time will be flagged to your manager and could result in temporary restrictions on your system access. We believe that an informed workforce is a protected workforce, and these sessions are the first step in your professional journey with us.
