Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We recognize that personal and professional challenges can sometimes overlap. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential, 24/7 support service available to all employees and their household members. The EAP provides up to six free counseling sessions per issue with a licensed professional to help with stress management, family conflicts, or grief. Beyond counseling, the program also offers resources for financial planning, legal advice, and eldercare referrals. Accessing the EAP is entirely private; the company is never informed of who uses the service or what topics are discussed. This program is a vital part of our commitment to supporting the whole person, not just the employee. You can find the toll-free number and access code in the Benefits section of the HR portal.
Mental Health Days and Resilience
In addition to standard PTO, we encourage employees to take proactive 'Mental Health Days' when they feel the need to step away and recharge. These can be logged as standard PTO or, in some cases, under our specialized 'Well-being' category. We also provide all staff with a premium subscription to the 'Calm' app for meditation and sleep support. Our workplace culture values sustainable productivity over constant high-stress output. If you feel that your workload is negatively impacting your mental health, we strongly encourage you to have an open conversation with your manager or your HRBP. We can work together to adjust deadlines or reallocate tasks to ensure you maintain a healthy balance. Taking care of your mind is the most important part of your job performance.
