Our organization is committed to being a force for good. Our 'Giving Program' includes a 1:1 donation match for all eligible non-profits up to $1,000 per employee per year. We also provide 'Grants-for-Service'—if you volunteer at least 20 hours at a specific organization, the company will donate $500 to them in your name. We believe that our success should benefit the communities where we live and work. You can manage your donations and track your volunteer hours through the 'Impact Portal.' Data-driven social impact is at the heart of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy. By participating, you help us reach our annual goal of donating 10,000 hours and $1 million to charity. We provide the resources for you to support the causes you care about. Team-Based Volunteer Events

Beyond individual giving, we host 'Quarterly Team Volunteer Days' where whole departments spend a day working on a local community project. This is a great way to build team bonds outside of the office while making a tangible difference. From building homes to mentoring students, our teams have a massive impact. We encourage you to lead a volunteer project and share your experience on Slack. Successful team events are featured in our monthly newsletter. We are a purpose-driven organization that values community and empathy. If you have a favorite local charity that needs help, notify the CSR committee!
