Full-time employees with at least one year of tenure are eligible for our Tuition Reimbursement Program, which provides up to $5,250 annually for degree-related coursework or professional certifications. To qualify, the course of study must be relevant to your current role or a potential future role within the company. You must receive a grade of 'B' or higher to be eligible for reimbursement. Before enrolling, you must submit an 'Educational Assistance Request' form to HR for pre-approval. This program is an investment in your future and our company's intellectual capital.
