Annual Performance Review Cycle

Our Continuous Growth Philosophy

Performance reviews are not just a once-a-year event; they are a continuous dialogue between you and your manager. However, we do conduct a formal 'Annual Review' every October to evaluate your achievements against your set goals. This process begins with a 'Self-Evaluation,' where you have the opportunity to highlight your successes and identify areas where you want to grow. Your manager then provides their feedback, and a one-on-one meeting is scheduled to discuss your career trajectory and potential merit increases. We believe that clear, honest feedback is the only way to build a world-class team. Our goal is to ensure you have the support and resources you need to reach your full potential. Growth is a shared responsibility.

Setting Quarterly Goals (OKRs)

To stay aligned with our high-growth business strategy, we use the 'Objectives and Key Results' (OKR) framework. Every quarter, you will work with your manager to set 3 to 5 clear, measurable goals. These OKRs should be ambitious but achievable and should directly contribute to the success of your department. We track progress through monthly 'Check-ins' to ensure you stay on track and to adjust goals if business priorities shift. Achieving your OKRs is the primary factor in determining your performance rating and eligibility for bonuses. We value transparency and accountability in everything we do. By focusing on measurable results, we ensure that every employee understands how their daily work impacts the company's long-term success. We are a results-driven culture that celebrates achievement and learned experience.
