Continuous Manager Support
For our current managers, we provide 'Leadership Circles'—small groups where leaders can share challenges and best practices in a confidential setting. We also host monthly 'Manager 101' sessions on topics like difficult conversations, performance coaching, and remote team building. Being a manager is a complex role, and we ensure you aren't doing it alone. You have a dedicated 'Management Coach' in HR available for one-on-one sessions. We also provide a premium subscription to the 'Harvard Business Review' for all managers to help you stay current with global leadership trends.
