During our annual open enrollment period, you also have the option to purchase 'Supplemental Life Insurance' for yourself, your spouse, and your children at competitive group rates. It is vital to keep your 'Beneficiary Designations' up to date in the HRIS portal to ensure your loved ones are protected in the event of your passing. We recommend reviewing your coverage annually during open enrollment. Financial security for your family is a core part of our benefits mission. We provide the foundation for your peace of mind. Better planning leads to a secure future. We are partners in your long-term wellness. Excellence in protection is our standard.

Long-Term Disability (LTD) Protection

If a severe medical condition prevents you from working for more than 180 days, our Long-Term Disability (LTD) program provides a monthly benefit of up to 60% of your pre-disability earnings. LTD insurance is a company-paid benefit designed to provide long-term financial stability during a catastrophic health event. To qualify, you must undergo a medical assessment by our insurance carrier. The HR Benefits team will guide you through the transition from Short-Term to Long-Term disability if necessary. We also provide 'Return-to-Work' support for employees who are able to come back to the company in a different capacity after a long illness. Protecting your income is a shared responsibility. We invest in these insurance programs to ensure you feel secure throughout your entire career with us. Technical precision in benefits administration is our goal. Reliability starts with a stable and protected income. We are a family-first organization. Success is achieved through resilience.
